Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the artwork is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Clear photos or videos of the damaged artwork and packaging are required for verification.

Products damaged due to customer handling
Minor color or texture variations caused by screen display differences (natural in handmade art)
Any loss or damage caused by third-party services such as shipping companies or payment gateways.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or product purchase.
Incorrect product received.
Refund Process
Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once artwork creation or shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible.
