Returns and Refund Policy – Artexpor

At Artexpor, all artworks are carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. We follow a fair and transparent return policy to ensure customer trust and satisfaction.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the artwork is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged artwork and packaging are required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order artworks
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Minor color or texture variations caused by screen display differences (natural in handmade art)
  • Any loss or damage caused by third-party services such as shipping companies or payment gateways.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or product purchase.
  • Incorrect product received.

Refund Process

  • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once artwork creation or shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible.
